Product Introduction:The K270C1 comprehensive inspection machine developed and manufactured by Foshan Jinghua Visual Technology is an online visual inspection equipment for detecting cracks, airtightness, and inner and outer diameters of bottle mouths, bottlenecks, and bottom areas. This model is equipped with 6 high-speed crack detection cameras and 4 sets of photoelectric probes (the detection position can be flexibly adjusted according to usage); At the same time, the device is equipped with one line scanning camera to read the mold, which can recognize the bottle and nine point mold number. The equipment is equipped with one set of bottle body ovality detection cameras and one set of bottle head misalignment (tilt) detection cameras. This model can be optionally equipped with a spectral thickness measurement system to accurately measure the thickness of bottle walls in designated areas.

l Detection principle

The bottle enters the astral disk through the spiral of the bottle, and the astral disk drives the bottle to move to each detection station.

Crack detection: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated station. The station is equipped with a rotating wheel, which can make the bottle rotate at high speed, and at the same time light the light source and trigger the photo. The high-speed camera will continuously take pictures of all angles of the bottle. The detection software processes the photo image and finds the reflection generated by the cracks. When each attribute meets the set detection parameters, defects will be found in the detection area. The system will send an unqualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Ellipticity detection: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated station. The station is equipped with a rotating wheel, which can rotate the bottle at high speed, and light the light source and trigger the photo. The high-speed camera will continuously take pictures of the contours of each angle of the bottle. The detection software will process the image information and determine whether it exceeds the set threshold. When each attribute meets the set detection parameters, a defect is found in the detection area. The system will send an unqualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Thickness detection: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated station. The station is equipped with an autopilot, which allows the bottle to perform high-speed autobiography, emit light on the spectrum and receive reflected light signals. The detection software carefully calculates the actual thickness of the bottle wall for the reflected data information. When each attribute meets the set detection parameters, defects are found in the detection area. The system sends unqualified signals to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Bottle Tip air tightness detection: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated station. The air tightness detection station will fall down and press the bottle mouth and inject air inward. The air pressure data is received through the built-in pressure sensor. When the received data is less than the set threshold, it can be judged as a bottle tightness defect. The system sends an unqualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Inner and outer diameter detection of bottle mouth: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated station. The inner and outer diameter detection station falls and presses the inner and outer plug gauge into the bottle mouth. If the size of the inner and outer diameter of the bottle mouth deviates, the plug gauge will not be able to fall to the designated position. The photoelectric sensor above the connecting rod will receive a signal. The detection software will determine that it is a defect. The system will send an unqualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Bottle head misalignment (reversal head) detection: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated work station. The work station is equipped with a rotating wheel, which can make the bottle rotate at high speed, and at the same time light the light source and trigger the photography. The high-speed camera will continuously take pictures of the contours of each angle of the bottle and position the central axis of the bottle. The detection software will process the image information and determine whether it exceeds the set threshold. When each attribute meets the set detection parameters, a defect is found in the detection area. The system will send an unqualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

Line scan camera mode reading: The bottle is driven by the star disk to the designated work station. The work station is equipped with a rotating wheel, which can enable the bottle to rotate at high speed, and at the same time light source is lit and continuous photography is triggered. The detection software will locate the position of the mold point in the image and identify it. The operator can set the specified mold number to remove it in the detection software.
