Product Introduction:The EBI-103A appearance camera inspection machine designed and manufactured by Foshan Jinghua Vision Technology (hereinafter referred to as Jinghua Vision) can perform online detection of appearance defects in glass bottles. The whole machine is equipped with 6 sets of orientation cameras (3 in each group, a total of 18 bottle body detection cameras), 2 bottle mouth detection cameras, and 2 bottle bottom detection cameras, all with a resolution of 5 million pixels. Through the combination of light source, lens, camera, and accurate, stable, and fast image processing algorithms with software and artificial intelligence AI detection, precise detection of the appearance of glass bottles is achieved.

l Equipment composition:

1. The main conveyor belt uses imported chain plates.

2. Equipped with a bottle handler at the bottle entry position.

3. 6-group directions of bottle body (3 units per group, a total of 18 5-megapixel imported bottle body detection cameras).

4. Bottle body stress 6 groups (2 units per group, a total of 12 1.6 million pixels imported bottle body detection cameras), optionally modified to bottle body detection.

5. 2 5-megapixel German imported bottle port detection cameras.

6. 2 5-megapixel imported German detection cameras (can recognize bottle bottom numbers, bottle and 9-point module numbers, etc.).

l Detection principle

The glass bottle is guided to a specific detection area via the bottle inlet conveyor belt, clamping mechanism and bottle outlet conveyor, and then the actual position information of the bottle is accurately calculated through sensor monitoring and encoder feedback technology. When each bottle reaches the preset photography area for each set of cameras in turn, the light source is activated and the camera at the corresponding position is triggered for image capture. The detection software then performs algorithmic analysis and comparison of the captured images, searches the detection areas defined in the image in detail, identifies areas whose differences from the background exceed the preset threshold, and quantifies the various characteristics of these areas (such as area size, minimum outer cutoff circle diameter, etc.). Once all features meet the predetermined detection standards, that is, defects are found in the detection area, the system sends a non-qualified signal to the programmable logic controller through the input and output interface, thereby realizing automatic detection and removal of defective products.

 

l Detect coverage area

As shown in the figure below, the detection range can cover all bottle bodies, bottle bottoms and bottle mouths, including pattern areas, and no blind spots can be detected in the text areas.


l Camera distribution

Bottle body detection has 12 directions, 6 sets of front bottle body and 6 sets of back bottle body; each component has three upper, middle and lower cameras, with a total of 36 cameras configured
